60 seconds Slow Jog - High Knees - Quick Feet - Buttkicks

EXERCISES
1. Kettlebell Lebe Squat
2. Kettlebell Alt. Clean & Strict Press
3. Kettlebell Turkish Get Up

PROTOCOL
3 exercises for 2 minutes each
All exercises are done unbroken
2 rounds

WEIGHTS
Beginners: 8 (F) - 12 kg (M)
Intermediate: 12 kg (F) - 16 kg (M)
