Soft and colorful BICOLOR BUNDT CAKE!

INGREDIENTS


4 eggs  


200g (1 cup) sugar  


140ml (2/3 cup) water  


140ml (2/3 cup) sunflower oil  


380g (3 cups) all-purpose flour  


16g baking powder  


25g cocoa powder  


1 tsp lemon zest  


 


METHOD


1. In a bowl, beat together eggs and sugar well.  


2. Add in water, oil, and lemon zest.  


3. Sift in flour and baking powder.  


4. Divide the mixture into two portions and add cocoa powder to the second half.  


5. Pour the white mixture into the prepared cake pan, then top with the cocoa mixture.  


6. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 45 minutes.
