Yoga Sculpt Challenge 2/6: Hips & Butt Toning Power Yoga Exercise | Seat Sclupt

As we continue with our yoga sculpt series, we will focus on our seat and the muscles surrounding our hips! This is a butt toning exercise that will be isometric movements done on the floor. This 20 minute seat sculpt butt workout will help you develop a toned or bigger booty!

Seat toning videos are always highly requested on my channel, and this is the most intense seat sculpting workout I have ever put out there. In this floor exercise, we are strengthening all the surrounding muscles of the hip joint. This translates to more stability in all your yoga poses -- especially balances. It's very normal for the seat to cramp or tense during this hardcore exercise. Take breaks if needed and return to this video often to work-up to the full reps. Sometimes people ask me how to get a bigger or more toned booty - this class is the answer!
