SNATCHED WAIST WORKOUT | 7 MINUTE AT HOME CORE WORKOUT | POSTPARTUM FITNESS

Join me for this 7 minute workout to get your waist snatched from home! I love doing this 3+ times a week to keep my core strong and snatched. These are the moves I have done postpartum to get that flat flat! You don't have to have had a baby to benefit from these moves.

*To modify any of the side planks or dips, drop down to your knees.
*To progress any of the side planks or dips, complete them (elevated) on your feet.
