Housemate Hell

The plaintiff says she rented a room from the defendant, but she claims she got kicked out so her housemate’s friend could move in. She claims the defendant tried to stab her, threw dishes at her door, and damaged her property, so she’s suing. The defendant denies damaging anything and says the defendant is only suing because she’s desperate for money.
