Hello everyone, I don't know if you are suffering from the summer heat? In the southern hemisphere, I'm now suffering from the cold winds of winter!
Today, I bring you a summer drink 🧃 flavored ice cream texture chiffon cake. The recipe is my own modification.
The original recipe does not have corn oil added, so the texture is a bit firm.
Both recipes are attached, hope you like it! 💗

🥣8inch cake mold

60g milk
45g corn oil
50g sugar
65g cake flour
15g cornmeal
6 eggs
3g cream of tartar
5-7g matcha powder
15-20g strawberry jam
Pink color (optional)

Eggs 4 pcs (240g)
Sugar (for egg whites) 35g
Sugar (for egg yolk) 35g
Low gluten flour - 80g
Water ----60ml
Vanilla oil - 3 drops
Jam 25g
Lemon juice - 3 drops
Matcha powder🍵--1 tsp

今天帶給你們的是夏日飲品🧃口味的冰淇淋質感戚風蛋糕。配方是我自己改動過的,
原配方是沒有玉米油加入的,所以口感有點結實。
兩個配方都給大家附上,希望你們喜歡!💗

📖 Recipe 我自己的配方:

🥣8inch 蛋糕模具

60克牛奶
45克玉米油
50克糖
65克蛋糕麵粉
15克玉米麵粉
6個雞蛋
3克奶油塔塔粉
5-7克抹茶粉
15-20克 草莓果醬
粉紅色的顏色(可選)

白砂糖 (蛋白用)35g
白砂糖 (蛋黃用)35g
低筋麵粉--80g
水----60ml
香草油--3滴
果醬 25g
檸檬汁--3滴
