20 Minute TABATA HIIT Workout | TORCH CALORIES 🔥

Get ready to torch calories with this intense 20 minute TABATA HIIT workout. Experience the power of Tabata training as we combine high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the proven Tabata protocol. This fast-paced workout (20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest) will push your limits, boost your metabolism, and maximize fat burn.

For the first 10 minutes of this TABATTA HIIT workout we'll be using a set of dumbbells. For reference, I'm using 30 lb / 14 kg dumbbells. Use a manageable pair of dumbbells as this is a high-volume workout! The last 10 minutes of this workout will be bodyweight only.
