Hi team! Welcome back to another episode of our Sculpted Spring series! Today’s 40 minute Full Body Power Yoga Sculpt workout is dynamic, energizing, and very spicy 🌶️

If you’re new to Yoga Sculpt — welcome!
We’re blending a mix of formats: power yoga, pilates sculpt, and a touch of barre - and using light weights to build strength, control, and endurance. Expect high reps & continuous movement that builds and burns!

✨ Level: Intermediate/ Advanced
✨ Style: Power Yoga Sculpt (Strength x Pilates inspired)
✨ Equipment:
• Light dumbbells (I use 1.5 kg / 3 lb)
• 1 Medium dumbbell (I use 4 kg / 10 lb)
* OPTIONAL: Yoga block

This workout is perfect if you want that studio-style sculpt class at home 🫶🏻 expect to feel strong, sweaty, energized, and confident at the end!
