Introducing Free Will in Video Gaming

What if we could use AI to create deep characters and a world that would allow players complete agency? A game whose plot unfolds as players travel and interact with the simulation? Chet Faliszek, Creative Director at Bossa Studios—who has written some of the most loved video games of all time, including Half Life, Portal, and Left for Dead—has set out to bring this vision to life. It’s a new kind of game, one with endless missions, stories, strategies, and scenarios that the game designer could never have dreamed of, let alone designed.
