A Galaxy Cluster Under Construction #Shorts

Galaxy Superclusters are the largest gravitationally-interacting structures we know of, and our observable universe may contain as many as 10 million, each hosting thousands of constituent galaxies. The farthest of these that we've ever found is the Hyperion Proto-Supercluster, a galactic city 5,000 times heavier than the Milky Way, under construction when the universe was just a fifth off its current age. This structure may today have evolved into a galaxy filament like the Sloan Great Wall or Virgo Supercluster, and also may contain a substantial reservoir of dark matter.
