Sharp Pro Goalkeeper Shot Stopping Warm-Up Session

PRE-SEASON SESSION 10: Feb 18, 2020

After pre-training activation and team rondos to warm-up, we got straight into shot stopping in live action scenarios. With a short amount of time to get ready for the team training activities, we woke up the bodies and hands with shots from 12 yards out, challenging the keepers with a variety of serves and angles to get ready for 2v1 and 4v4 to goal. As we progress through pre-season, we will be training more of the live situations in our GK sessions.
