Is the Frickn Frick Sawmill Fixed??

For the past month we've spent a lot of effort to try to figure out why our Frick Sawmill was cutting cockeyed boards... One end was Four Quarter, the other end was five quarter, the top of one board was four quarter, the bottom of another was six quarter.
Thank you for all the comments and advice on getting this on track. (pun intended...) Here is what we found out and fixed.
1) The sawmill husk (the main frame/mandrel/track part of a sawmill) had moved out at least 3/4" on the feed side. This happened when we loaded 6,000 pound logs, and knocked the carriage off the tracks. We believe this caused the tracks and husk to shift. We fixed that, and we secured the hust and tracks to the 12X12's that are our foundation.
2) We made the tracks run in a straight line. Thanks to John from FricknJeep for lending us his tools and advice. The tracks now are in line with the tracks on the husk and run true.
3) We leveled the tracks.
4) We shimmed the "ways" so they are 90 degrees to the saw. (Saw=Blade)

We tested a small log and the results are great. Next week we'll check a 17' log and see how that does.

Please pass this on to your buds, subscribe, give it a thumbs up, blah blah blah.
Thank you.
