Thyroid Recovery 12
Proper brain function and feedback back to the brain is essential for normal thyroid function. The brain is regulated by glucose, oxygen and activation (proper stimulation). Thyroid physiology starts at that the hypothalamus (brain) which releases TRH (Thyroid releasing hormone) which tells the pituitary gland to release TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone). TSH communicates to the thyroid to release thyroid hormones.
