Hot and Fast St. Louis Ribs | How to smoke ribs in half the time

Today we are going to be cooking a nice rack of St. Louis cut ribs. We are not going to be using the 3,2,1 method but a method that will cut that time in half. Im am firing the smoker up to 275, let them go for an hour, spritz with apple juice and flip. Let them go another hour and do it again. One more hour for a total of 3 then start checking for tenderness. Once they reach your desired tenderness, sauce them up and let go got 10 to 15 min.
