ARK Survival Evolved: Server Setup 2.0 - Unofficial Server Manager
There were some problems reported with the official server manager used in our previous video so we decided to show you how to use this unofficial server manager that has been working well for us in the past.
Port forwarding (default):
27015 (TCP/UDP)
7777 (TCP/UDP)

New-NetFirewallRule -DisplayName "Allow ARK Server UDP - 27015" -Direction Inbound -Action Allow -Protocol UDP -LocalPort 27015
If you're running Windows 7 (or earlier) the commands might not work, follow these steps to open the ports using the GUI: http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/how-to-open-a-port-in-the-windows-7-firewall.html
