HP Gen8 Microserver - Fan replacement

Not quite part of the original HP Gen8 Microserver series, but still something MicroServer owners may find userful.

In this video we're showing you what's needed to replace the stock fan in the Gen8 Microserver with a 4 pin fan of your choice.

In the video a Noctua fan is shown, but we would not recommend it as we actually had a problem with the server shuting down during a hot day. Instead we're now using a Fractal Design Silent Series fan.
