If you track your day and know exactly what you do with your time it is much easier to spend your time on doing more productive things rather than wasting time. It sounds so simple but nobody does it.

Start tracking what you do on a daily basis and where you spend your time and where you get the most results from. Then spend more of your time on the things you are getting results on!
