Have you ever wondered how the “rich” always find a way to not pay taxes? In this video I explain one of the main strategies that is use to save money on taxes!

It is called depreciation. Almost every asset has a different depreciation scheudle (houses, cars, planes, trucks, equipment, etc). Depreciation basically means that there is “wear and tear” on the asset so you are allowed for tax purposes to take a small loss on paper to offset that.

The cool thing….You DON’T actually lose money, it just looks like it on paper. Therefore you make money in real life and lose money on paper reducing your tax bill AND you still have the money in real life.
