The Plank Crawl - An Easy Way To Improve Strength And Endurance (#58)

Discover an easy way to improve strength and endurance in just minutes per day using the plank crawl. This is one of my favorite exercises because it can be done anywhere, at any time, and doesn't require expensive equipment. It targets the hamstrings which are often overlooked but play a huge role in overall fitness.

In this video, I demonstrate an easy way to perform the plank crawl exercise. This is a great exercise to help strengthen your legs and increase your overall fitness level. It's also a very fun exercise that can be done anywhere.
