The Glute Bridge Extension Exercise for Better Strength & Flexibility (#51)

This amazing glute bridge extension exercise will help you build strength and improve flexibility in your hips. It’s one of my favorite exercises because it works so well for both. You can use it at home or even during a workout to really challenge yourself.

Hamstring injuries are one of the leading causes of injury for runners. Not only does it hurt like hell when you get injured, but recovering from hamstring strain can take weeks. This video shows you how to help prevent hamstring injuries by strengthening your glutes and using them to create more stability and support.
