A: Keeping your team motivated and on track with their OKRs may be a bit difficult at times. Here are 3 tips to help you!
Don't let your teams OKRs become a list of tasks they're already doing for their job description. In other words - make sure your OKRs are strategic and impactful.
Don't let the review process be punitive. You don't want your team to be afraid of the moments when your organization may not be reaching its goals. Turn it into a collaborative process and figure out what actions to adjust course.
Don't view the reds and yellows as a weakness (aka items that are off target), instead view them as an opportunity to grow. BUT don't forget to celebrate the greens (items that are achieved or on-target)!
