🔬 THE SCIENCE

This fruit produces an oil containing three times more monounsaturated fat per tablespoon than the trendiest alternative on the market. It contains a natural anti-inflammatory compound with a potency and profile very like that of ibuprofen[5], discovered by researchers at the Monell Chemical Senses Center and published in Nature in 2005[5]. The incidence of cardiovascular disease was lowered by approximately 30% in the largest dietary intervention trial ever conducted on this oil[2], involving 7,447 participants aged 55 to 80[5]. Meanwhile, at least 82 percent of a competing oil's test samples were either stale before expiration date or mixed with other oils[3], according to researchers at UC Davis. The evidence is not even close.
