April in Portugal, Richard Noel, Digital Accordion

I was asked to do this song years ago by a longtime friend and supporter, caricaturist Artur Ferreira of Portugal. I kept putting it off because I didn't know the song well and was always busy with other projects. To prepare for this video I listened to numerous videos of other performers, including the popular Portuguese singer and actress Amália Rodrigues, often referred to as "Queen of Fado." Eventually I settled on a style that I liked and this is the result.
