"Funiculi, Funicula," Emma Baker & Richard Noel, Accordion "Duo Virtuale"

This great Italian favorite was composed by Luigi Denza in 1880, and is one of the most beloved Neapolitan compositions. Lyrics were by Peppino Turco.
This duet was arranged by Emma Baker and myself. Our instruments are the Roland FR-7x v-Accordions, both played with only the internal sounds of the v-accordions. We jointly worked out the voicing and complementary parts. Emma is playing the strong bass and chord parts throughout the song. I continue to be impressed by Emma's creativity and musicianship.
