Starting a homestead is a BIG project, and doing it with a one-year-old definitely adds to the chaos! Luckily summer weather is rolling in, and the shipping container kitchen is moving along with the help of our friend Noah.

When I think about my dream life, it includes things like long days outside in an abundant garden, making nourishing meals from scratch with food that we've grown on our land and lots of animals and kids running around. It seems like each week, we are getting even closer to that vision becoming a reality.
