Face mask acne or 'maskne', can be really frustrating and irritating. In this video I explain what causes maskne and how you can prevent and treat the condition.

As someone who has battled with acne most of my life I know how much affect it can have. I have experienced much more acne since having to wear these masks and I know that I am not alone. Therefore I have put this video together to explain why it happens and also give you the tools to be able to manage the condition.
