Super Crispy Banana Bread Granola😍 This is a delicious snack idea for fall😋

Ingredients:
2 mashed bananas
2 - 4 tablespoons maple syrup, to taste
1/4 cup melted coconut oil (60 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups oats (720 ml / 7.2 dl)
1 cup chopped walnuts (240 ml / 140 g)
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
pinch of salt

optional add ins after baking:
raisins or banana chips

1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Spread the mixture in a thin, even layer on a baking pan lined with parchment paper
3. Bake at 300°F / 150°C for 20 minutes
4. Stir and bake another 20 - 25 minutes, checking toward the end. It should be golden brown and dry to the touch. Turn off the oven, crack the door slightly, and let the granola sit inside for another 20 - 30 minutes as the oven cools, this helps it crisp up fully
5. Let cool down and store in an air-tight jar/container. You can mix in some raisins or banana chips if you like!
