Cinnamon Rolls

I'll repost the recipe for the most delicious American cinnamon rolls with cream. They are so tasty that I regret not making them earlier 🤍
Recipe:

Dough:
Flour 450 g
Dry yeast (Dr. Oetker) 7 g
Sugar 100 g
Pinch of salt
Milk 200 g
Butter 50 g
Eggs 2 +1 for brushing
1 Mix yeast with warm milk at 28-30 degrees, add 10 g of sugar from the total amount. Let sit for 10 minutes.
2 Melt the butter, let it cool, and mix it with the eggs.
3 Sift flour, add sugar and salt. Make a well in the center.
4 Pour the milk with yeast, the egg and butter mixture. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Add flour as needed, but don't make the dough too dense. It should slightly stick to your hands.
5 Grease a bowl with butter, put the dough, cover with cling film, and put in a very warm place for 1 hour until the dough doubles in size. I place a pot of hot water on top.
6 Knead and roll out into a rectangle of 30/45 cm.

Filling:
Butter 25 g
Sugar 2-4 tbsp
Cinnamon 2 tbsp (to taste)

Mascarpone 150 g
Powdered sugar 20 g
1 Spread the rolled out dough with soft butter.
2 Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
3 Roll into a roll.
4 Cut into 12 buns.
5 Place in a pan at a distance from each other and let sit for another 20 minutes.
6 Brush with egg and bake for 25 minutes at 180C.
7 Mix mascarpone with powdered sugar and spread on hot buns.
8 Let cool.
