CARAMEL
Ingredients:
Sugar 150 g
Cream 33% 155 g
Pinch of salt
Butter 40 g
Cooking method:
1. Melt sugar on medium fire. When half of the sugar melts, you can start stirring.
2. Add 2/3 of hot cream, wait till the boiling stops and stir. Pour the remaining cream.
3. Cook until all the ingredients are combined.
4. Add salt and butter.
5. Make it cool.
