3 Types of Visualization to Master Your Pre-Shot Routine in Golf

👋🏼 A lot of times we're not really sure what is it that we're supposed to visualize and stuff like that.
👋🏼 This is more of in your pre-shot routine this is type of visualization that we should have.
👋🏼 We have three different types of visualization.
1. Type number one is what we have in our mind's eye is like the target. You have the smallest possible target 🎯 For example, off the leaf of that tree, and addressing the ball and standing over the ball. That's one type of visualization.
2. Second type of visualization is that shot tracer. We stand behind the ball and a big part of it is we're really seeing 👁️ that flight exactly the way we want it.
3. The third type of visualization can be more of we have that target, we see the shot tracer, but it's what's my body want to do to create that type of shot. It’s really really kinesthetic.
👋🏼 You can be a combination of all three, but I think it's really important that you know which one works best for you.
