Rani, a resident of the Nizamuddin Basti, shelter home in New Delhi, wants to empower her sisters in the home and provide them with opportunities that enable them to lead independent lives. She believes that leading heritage walks could be one way to achieve this. She participated in the Sahapedia-BCF training programme and leads heritage walks in Humayun's Tomb.
