Preserving Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy with the D.C. peace walk and parade

“If we don't tell this story about life, legacy of Dr King, you know, we gonna, we gonna mess around and they gonna erase him. So that's why this struggle is still real, and many of the issues that he spoke out against and some of the things that he prophesied have come to pass and or still exist,” said MLK parade co-chair and logistics coordinator Stuart Anderson.

“We need the parade. And you know, fortunately, we've been able to pretty much keep it going,” said former 7News Director Sam Ford.
