Frustration grows in snowed-in Virginia neighborhood

Residents on Tyner Street in Springfield, Virginia, tell 7News their road has never been plowed and has turned into an ice rink. ❄️🧊 Neighbors have been working together to dig each other out. Our photojournalist, Marco Tavares, spoke with residents as they tried to clear the street themselves.
