Normally quiet Northwest DC community shaken after 2 shootings in 2 weeks

There are no large groups or curfews on Emerson Street in Northwest D.C., but neighbors are still concerned about what this weekend will hold.
They’re trying to figure out what’s going on in their historically quiet and tight-knit neighborhood. There have been two shootings in a span of about two weeks, with teens involved.
