💜UPDATE: Also, I am back to filming. I'm thankfully feeling back to "me" again. Now I just need to get my hair trimmed, get some sleep and find the right brow color. 🤪 I look tired in this video and that's because I am. LOL I need your help (if you're even reading this....after all our walking 20k plus steps a day during our travels, my feet got mad at me and now I have Plantar Fasciitis! I am in PAIN!!! I have already been to the Podiatrist and have custom orthotics being made. They don't arrive for another few weeks so in the meantime I'm trying EVERYTHING online. Mine are so bad that I almost fall to the ground when I 1st get up out of bed. I thought stretches were supposed to be good but the Podiatrist says I'm causing more harm and more tears. So he said no stretching anymore. Just ice a few times a day and hard insole shoes with arches ( I already have multiple Vionics & Archies & nothing helps!) I"ve been reading more about peri & menopause and this is most likely from HORMONES! Who knew! And the Podiatrist also confirmed it is hormonal more than anything that has caused this breakdown in the tissue. So if any of you have this, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU DID TO FIX IT!!!!! I am a flip flop girl and I have now bought all of the orthotic flip flops and the Dr said NO MORE FLIP FLOPS. NOOOOOO! My toes need to breathe. They need sun, they need light, they can't be trapped and scared in a dark shoe all day! Ok I'm being exaggerative obviously but I really am having lots of pain and it's messing with my sleep and daily stuff. I also have some new fun easy and fast healthy recipes...that taste non healthy if anyone is interested in me throwing in a recipe maybe at the end of a video. But you'll have to let me know because some people might complain if it doesn't involve lip gloss or a serum. Oh and ignore the orange eyebrows. Note to self... NEVER let the youngsters at ULTA tell you to get the warmest brow pencil when you know you like the cool ash brown pencil better. LOL I have been testing lots of new makeup and skincare and have so much to share. I do have some new products that have replaced other faves! And some new products that are NOT worth the money so hopefully I can also help save you money. So I'm happy to be back and look forward to chatting with you all again! I will share some personal updates soon in an upcoming video as well if anyone is interested.
