*1 cup = 240 ml
*1 tbsp = 15 ml
*1 tsp = 5 ml
Ingredients (8-inch or 20cm round pan)
🍞 Dough
260 g (2 cups) all purpose flour
30 g (2½ tbsp) granulated sugar
3 g (½ tsp) table salt
3 g (1 tsp) instant yeast
1 large egg
120 g (½ cup) lukewarm milk
28 g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
🍞 Custard
1 large egg yolk
15 g (4 tsp) granulated sugar
100 g (¼ cup + 3 tbsp) whole milk
6 g (2 tsp) cornstarch
6 g (2 tsp) all purpose flour
½ tsp vanilla extract
_______________________________________________________________________________________________
*1 cup = 240 ml
*1 sdm = 15 ml
*1 sdt = 5 ml
Bahan-bahan (loyang bulat 20cm)
🍞 Adonan
260 g (2 cup) tepung terigu serba guna
30 g (2½ sdm) gula pasir
3 g (½ sdt) garam dapur
3 g (1 sdt) ragi instan
1 telur
120 g (½ cup) susu
28 g (2 sdm) mentega tawar, bersuhu ruangan
🍞 Isi vla
1 kuning telur
15 g (4 sdt) gula pasir
100 g (¼ cup + 3 sdm) susu
6 g (2 sdt) tepung maizena
6 g (2 sdt) tepung terigu serba guna
½ sdt ekstrak vanila
