*1 tbsp = 15 ml
*1 tsp = 5 ml

Ingredients: (1 loaf)
85 g (6 tbsp) unsalted butter
60 g (¼ cup) cream cheese
100 g (½ cup) granulated sugar
zest of ½ lemon
2 eggs
100 g (¾ cup) cake flour or low protein flour
3 g (½ tsp) baking powder
⅛ tsp table salt

60 g (½ cup) powdered sugar
3-4 tsp lemon juice
toasted pistachio
