CRÈME BRULEE
Ingredients for crème Brule:
Egg yolks 6
Caster sugar 60 g
Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
Nurpur Cream 400 ml
Nurpur Full Cream Milk 1/2 cup
Ingredients for chocolate crème Brule:
Egg yolks 6
Caster Sugar 60 g
Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
Nurpur Cream 400 ml
Nurpur Full Cream Milk 1/2 cup
Cooking chocolate 1/2 cup
Directions for crème brulee preparation:
1- Add egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and whisk them well. set aside.
2- Now in a pan add cream, milk, and vanilla essence and bring it to a simmer. Turn off flame and let it cool at room temperature.
3- Now add the prepared milk-cream mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
4- Add this mixture to the ramekins and bake it for 7-8 mins at 180 temperature.
5- Now cool down in the refrigerator for 30 mins. Add sugar and use a blow torch to give the toffee crunch.
6- Your crème Brule is ready.
Directions for chocolate crème Brule preparation:
1- Add egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and whisk them well. set aside.
2- Now in a pan add cream, milk, cooking chocolate and vanilla essence and cook until chocolate melts. Turn off flame and let it cool at room temperature.
3- Now add the prepared Chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
4- Add this mixture to the ramekins and bake it for 7-8 mins at 180 temperature.
5- Now add sugar, and with the help of a blow torch. Give it a toffee crunch and serve.
6- Your Chocolate Crème Brulee is ready.
