Kansas City Day Two: Kauffman Stadium, World War One Museum, and KC Zoo

Day Two was the day of the Royals game we were attending, however before then we wanted to do a stadium tour and see a few notable Kansas City attractions before first pitch. The World War One Museum had one of the best collections of war artifacts and memorabilia I have ever seen. The exhibits were great and gave excellent insight to the different perspectives of the war. They also found ways to implement modern technology to enhance story telling aspects throughout the exhibits.

The Money Museum was a neat place to check out, lots of security of course since it is based out of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. They had some interactive exhibits but the coolest part was the window they had where you could look into the factory to see the workers doing their job. Unfortunately no photography was allowed.

After lunch we had some time to kill, so we checked out the zoo. Due to the fact that it was an hour away from closing by the time we got there, we mainly just tried to visit animals that were out and about as most were already sleeping or hidden away from the public.

After that we headed the the Truman Sports Complex for a tour of Arrowhead Stadium (No video allowed ) and the Royals game.

Hope you enjoy the video!
