Cómo se hace para extraer el auténtico aceite de coco, a partir de cocos naturales. En el vídeo prepararemos de forma sencilla y casera de extraer el aceite de coco.

Lo primero que haremos es hacer unos agujeros al coco, para extraer el agua de coco. A continuación lo trocearemos para quitar la corteza, podemos ayudarnos de un martillo. Una vez troceado lo pondremos en una batidora y añadiremos un poco de agua tibia. Trituraremos el coco troceado. A de coco hora separaremos lo que es la pulpa de coco de la leche de coco, para ello nos ayudaremos de un colador. Debemos dejar la pulpa lo más seca posible para ello podemos utilizar una gasa y prensarlo bien para extraer todo el jugo.

Ya tenemos la leche de coco extraída. Lo que tenemos que hacer es volcar en una botella de platico. Como el aceite y el agua tiene diferentes densidades se separara lo que es el aceite de la leche. Esto lo haremos dejando la botella a temperatura ambiente durante un tiempo.

Por otra parte la pulpa que tenemos de coco vamos a extraer todo el aceite que le quede. Para ello, ponemos en el fuego una sartén vieja y la llevaremos a calor sobre unos 50 ºC y así podemos extraer el aceite de coco que quede en la pulpa. Una vez caliente lo volvemos a poner en la gasa y extraemos el aceite que queda en la pulpa por presión.

Mezclamos todo en la botella y dejamos la botella en la nevera un par de horas hasta que el aceite este hidrogenado.

Una vez hidrogenado el aceite, sólo hay que hacer un agujero en la botella y extraer el agua sobrante. El aceite esta hidrogenado y lo tendremos en bloque.

Para guardarlo pondremos el aceite al baño maría. Una vez el aceite esta en estado líquido lo guardaremos en un recipiente de cristal hermético esterilizado.

To do this, put an old frying pan on the fire and take it to heat at about 50 ºC, so we can extract the coconut oil remaining in the pulp. Once hot, put it back in the gauze and extract the oil remaining in the pulp by pressure.

Mix everything in the bottle and leave the bottle in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until the oil is hydrogenated.

Once the oil is hydrogenated, you just have to make a hole in the bottle and extract the excess water. The oil is hydrogenated and we will have it in block.

To store it, we will put the oil in the water bath. Once the oil is in liquid state, we will store it in a sterile sealed glass container.
