Rotator Cuff Shoulder Exercises

Shoulder pain and issues are most commonly seen in individuals undergoing treatment for breast cancer, melanoma, and head and neck cancers.

There is a wide range of injuries and diagnoses that commonly occur, including

👉🏼adhesive capsulitis, also known as frozen shoulder syndrome
👉🏼shoulder impingement
👉🏼scapular winging
👉🏼bursitis
...and more

Shoulder impingement and bursitis are often caused by misalignment and overuse of the shoulder joint, along with weakness or instability of the muscles that allow the shoulder to move.

All Pectoralis, scapular, and rotator cuff muscles must all work together in a healthy and correct way for the shoulder to move pain-free and freely.

If one or all of these areas are weak or tight, or there is an injury, someone is at risk for short-term and long-term shoulder issues.

Here are a few simple rotator cuff exercises to start!
