Hail Storm Hannah Couldn't Stop The Birmingham St Patrick's Parade

Birmingham/ Digbeth St Patrick's Day Parade 2019. It started off so well with dry weather and the sun shining, but just a few minutes into the parade Storm Hannah brought the hail storm, battering all the participant and the crowd but the show must go on and the parade continued.
