Chocolate Decadent Cake

This chocolate decadent cake is so gooey and chocolatey with every bite. And what's good is this is so easy to make.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ( I used Dutch cocoa powder)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp coffee powder
1 cup boiling water

For the frosting:
Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder "Dutche' Brand
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
