Is Oven Dry Canning Safe?
So many YouTube videos present dry canning in your kitchen oven as a safe way to preserve dry foods such as grains and beans. But is it really safe? This video explores that question using solid scientific information. There are two additional preservation methods presented for dry foods that are safe and recommended.
