Water Usage for Six months @ AZ Off-Grid (Unplugged)

Six months of water usage in the AZ desert for me and my dog. I had 2,100 gallons put in the tank on May 9th.. I have filled the onboard tank of the RV which is about ~100 gallons and there are still 1300 gallons in the big tank.. That amounts to just over 700 gallons for 6 months , or , a little more than 3 1/2 gallons per day..
I do not conserve water nor do I waste it.. I take showers and do laundry and cook and the dog and I drink.. If it became necessary I could ration that in half fairly easily.. Possibly cut that in half again in a SHTF event, which would equal about ~5+ years of water storage potential..
