How to bend curing resin into a curved shape

This video is a follow on from the last video where I bent the resin into a wave shape. I wanted to see how the resin looked in a half-circle​ shape and wanted to have a flame design creeping up the sides.

The resin was once again poured into a silicone mat (size 40 x 30 cm) and left to cure for approximately 8-9 hours before bending it around the circular shape, in this case, it was on a roll of bubble wrap. It was then left to cure overnight.

• Pigment to colour the resin (ink, paint or powder will do)

• Round Object (for moulding, I used bubble wrap)
• Knife (for trimming)
• Heat Gun or Blow Torch (for zapping the bubbles)
