As of May 2023, only 7% of CEOs in the FTSE 100 are female, despite boards being made up of closer to 50% women. How can schools inspire a new generation of girls to truly believe it is possible to achieve what those who have gone before them have failed to do? Claudia is a student at Francis Holland School, Sloane Square, in London. She plans to go to university and study business management, with the ambition of becoming a FTSE 100 CEO.
