This old 12V cordless drill stopped working. The chuck is stuck, the motor does not run, and the parts are dusty after being unused for a long time. In this video, I will go step by step to disassemble the drill, inspect it, clean it, replace the carbon brushes, lubricate the parts, fix the warped motor cover, and reassemble the whole drill.
