Sparring with Aikido- for teachers! This video is designed with those who run a school or program who want to add sparring/live training to their practice. This is a two part series, this one covers kumiuchi, or struggle methods. In this I will show you three different practices that I have used to safely get my students sparring with Aikido technique.
