A steamy finish to the weekend. Morning clouds followed by some breaks of sun later in the day. There's a chance for isolated strong storms, especially west of San Antonio.

Mostly Cloudy, Hot and Humid
HIGHS: 89 - 95
HEAT INDEX: 99 - 103
WINDS: SSE 5-10mph

Warm, humid conditions will persist through midweek, with temperatures running at least 10 degrees above normal and heat index values climbing above 100 degrees. A shift arrives late in the week as a cold front pushes into South Texas, bringing cooler air. By next weekend, highs are expected to settle into the 70s and 80s. Rain chances remain low early in the week but increase to around 30–50% on Thursday and Friday.
